How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically prepared and processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions or periods of high order volume.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, most US orders are expected to arrive within approximately 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier conditions and seasonal demand.
How much does shipping cost?
MORI offers free US shipping on orders over $38. Any shipping charges that apply will be clearly displayed before you complete checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow a short period for the carrier’s tracking page to update.
Why has my tracking information not updated?
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to display movement after your shipping confirmation is sent. If there is still no update after this period, contact the MORI support team with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to update the address before fulfilment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact the MORI support team promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the package and affected products. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.
What should I do if my package is marked delivered but I cannot find it?
Check around the delivery location, ask other members of your household and contact the carrier using your tracking number. If the package still cannot be located, contact MORI support for further assistance.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Delivery availability for P.O. boxes depends on the shipping carrier and service selected. Enter your complete address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available.
